MaestroConference is the company that I have found that has a platform that allows me to transform a whole brain in-person event into a virtual one. Unfortunately, the regular webinar companies just don’t have the functionality. MaestroConference has tools like breakout groups, hand raising, polling, microphone control (so you can mute people with background noise), and RSVPs with email reminders.

EverWebinar will pass custom behavioral tags to your leads, so you can organize them based on whether they attend your webinar or not, whether they stay until the end, whether they leave within the first X minutes, whether they purchase your product, whether they watch the webinar replay, etc.

With its ability to archive your past webinars (and in HD, no less), a webinar-centric business will definitely thrive with GoToWebinar. I’ve used the free version of Zoom for one-on-one meetings and found that it worked well and was easy to use. They also offer a webinar version. I read that you will need to integrate things like webinar reminders, which should be fine if you have your own email marketing software. Features polling, Q&A and reporting and can host up to 10,000 viewers and 50 interactive participants.
Less well known, though just as robust as the webinar services above, AnyMeeting offers a number of plans, most of which include the features you’d love to have. They’re also focused on small businesses which means that they may understand your challenges better. One thing that’s weird however — they don’t offer screen sharing on the higher-attendee plans. Perhaps it’s a matter of bandwidth but that’s definitely a ding against them.
Hi Gina! I’m happy you are happy with them. I tried Maestroconference last year and it was a disaster. I loved all of their features and i was so excited to give it a try. unfortunately, it seems like they have so many separate software pieces working together that testing the platform was time consuming and several things didn’t seem to work together very well. when i finally thought i had it all worked out (hours and hours later), i held my first webinar and it wouldn’t share my presentation… after trying to trouble shoot i had no luck… i tried to contact Maestro for emergency help but no one got back to me until the webinar was over. i had to email the participants the presentation and they had to follow along. i was very embarrassed. I’ve been using webex ever since. it doesn’t have as many features but it’s very reliable.
Hey Mario, when you test stuff you don’t always notice things that others notice. I show what I have been testing and that looked good so far, especially for the price they are charging which is simply ridiculously cheap. About the language, it does not change the language in the backend and it wasn’t meant to do that. That’s just your profile that you are changing there, not the backend.
Stealth Webinar allows you to do live webinars using Google Hangouts technology and also automated pre-recorded webinars. You can even do hybrid webinars which include a mix or pre-recorded and live Q&A at the end. They also claim to have a fast response time for customer support of under 10 minutes on average. Used by Amanda Goldman-Petri for evergreen webinars.

Thank you for clarifying what marketing folks, those wanting to reach new contacts, will consider helpful. Feeling less overwhelmed and I will resist the temptation of doing a conference call.
